Video Issue on Mac OS

hello,

 

we have desktop application native installed on desktop systems.

one point play mp4 videos located in app directory. on windows everythings working fine. on mac os these videos keep staying black.

in preview use flv playbackcomponent stream mp4 videos server. videos shown expected.

at runtime vids downloaded , after shown via flash.media.video class. , @ points theres black screen on macos.

is there known issue or point hav emissed?

are using separators in video paths i.e. backslashes? backslashes not cross-platform , mac not understand them. use resolvepath() method of file class instead.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
