At Pittsburgh Post Gazette Archive site downloading images as pdf's are a file size of zero - won't open -

adobe reader dc works perfect in other instances.  when download on sister site, newspapers.com image downloads pdf file, file size there , files open.  on pittsburgh post gazette archive site, same option download image takes longer do, create pdf file, file size 0 , not open (nothing open).

 

i have contacted support on site, , asked me questions laptop, ie, chrome , firefox, etc. tell me cannot duplicate problem.  updated , current.  got nothing after week.  sent request in 3 days ago, got confirmation of them receiving request, nothing else since.

 

i don't feel problem adobe's error, have no go this.  others can duplicate problem, other friends of mine have no problem ever.   below error when download image pittsburgh post gazette archives.

either pdf corrupted or not downloaded properly.

please try download again & try open acrobat reader dc.

 

also, share link downloaded pdf, can test @ our end.
