Can numbering (in bullets and numbering) be automated to increment?

what trying number in increments of 10, starting @ 00. have far ^h-^#.^t,  puts in chapter number, dash, integer, period, , tab. there way change integer increment. example - 35-00, 35-10, 35-20, , 35-30 - 00, 10, 20, , 30 don't have typed in?

 

i not find if indesign type of formula this. thought of using text variables if going create variables 00, 10, 20, , 30, may make styles each, have been told won't accepted client - don't want style every single number. , not running head, won't work.

 

this paragraph style applied first line of each section of chapter.

 

i not coming else. suggestions appreciated.

i'm not sure trying (a picture sure help), adding 0 after number marker -- ^h-^#0.^^t -- work?
