I have Adobe Lightroom CC with camera raw 9.2.Not opening CR2 files of Canon G3x

i have adobe lightroom cc camera raw 9.2. have canon g3x. when click on import , select cr2 files , import,i message"the following files not imported because not read." also, camera set record raw , jpg jpg files don't show no matter how try open them????

are importing images straight sd card or have used image transfer software.

 

for showing jpeg file on import window follow below steps.

 

go lightroom preferences

click on general tab

check option " treat jpeg files next raw files separate photos"

restart lightroom

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
