Acrobat DC Reader Error Code 0xc000000a5

can any-one error code 0xc000000 receive since downloading acrobat dc reader. error makes impossible use of features of reader.

please try this:

 

first uninstall reader dc using cleaner tool: download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs

then download latest version of dc here: adobe - adobe acrobat reader dc distribution

 

please share result.
