Adobe Flash Player plugin are crashing

hello,

thank free trial have started.

 

i have problem webcam because adobe flash player plugin crashing. don’t have problem in other applications using webcam.  in safe mode in firefox have same problem.

 

i have tried several hours through adobe connect  chat support far no luck.

i have done dxdiag test , shows ok.

 

i hope able me out or adobe support. keep test adobe connect , if working start subscription , later on subscription adobe webinar.
