After install the program will not launch and keeps asking for a new application Manager, but when I try to install it it won't load?? I need help fast

i tried reinstalling adobe pro xi , won't launch. keeps asking new application manager download , won't work.

i need fast.

please run cleaner tool uninstall acrobat download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs, restart system & reinstall acrobat xi using link download adobe acrobat products | standard, pro | dc, xi, x. activate using serial key of acrobat xi upgrade & acrobat x.
