Lightroom CC is creating folders without permissions

recently upgraded lightroom cc on osx 10.9.5. after upgrade, new folders created network drive new content, available viewed user/creator. network drive setup ad inherit permissions , of permissions appear correct - however, created lightroom not inheriting permissions of parent folder.

 

any ideas on correcting this? problem appears lightroom , exists on 1 machine.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
