RDS Server 2012R2 - "this document cannot be printed, no pages were selected to print".

we have several clients using rds server 2012 r2 , adobe reader , we've tried different versions (x, xi , dc). when user tries print pdf popup appears: "this document cannot printed, no pages selected print". printing other applications work fine. ve tried suggestions adobe: (like pdf display modes, print image..check latest drivers...reinstall adobe reader)... no fix in that. it's user profile thing, because it's not happening users on these same systems. solution wich works delete user's profile , login again. printers distributed gpo. windows server 2008 servers in these same networks not show behavior.

 

my clients loosing patience in matter. plz advice....

please try disabling protected mode under "edit > preferences > security (enhanced)" , check if helps.
