Send For Signature Tool not appearing

i purchased adobe acrobat dc desktop software, , later added send signature subscription plan.  send signature tool not appearing when i'm logged account through software.  supposed show up?  have re-install?

i can see have subscribed send signature service, please try use online https://cloud.acrobat.com/sendforsignature (make sure sign in using adobe id)

 

you can use latest adobe acrobat reader dc acrobat reader dc learn & support, refer t kb doc. acrobat reader | send pdf documents signature.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
