Unable to Print JPG files on New HP Printer

after getting new printer (hp envy 4502 mfp), can no longer print jpg files pse 11.  error message reads:  the saved printer information not compatible version of photoshop elements.  according pse 11, have available updates.  print settings seem typical regular jpg file.  i'm running on dell pc windows 7 home premium.  have had no problem printing file types (docx, xlsx, pdf, mht) other applications.  old canon printer had no problem printing jpg's pse 11.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
