the chat agent informed me "basic service" , if output document not "up mark" there nothing done.  needless say, nice if put disclaimer front before purchase, , won't buying or recommending adobe products after this.  before retype document wondered if has insight how fix this?

please try use adobe export pdf service online https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf & check of same result.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
