How many pcs are licensed with adobe photoshop 14

i have 2 pcs adobe photoshop elements 11.  licensed three.  elements 14 same licenses.  thanks

the number of activation 2 on same or different machine retail purchase.

however can deactivate keep activation in reserve when abandoning machine https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activate-deactivate-products.html
