Instalation failed Windows 8

i've purchased creative cloud, until trying download photoshop or lightroom.

i error message :

error: third party payload installer vcredist_x64.exe failed exit code: -2147024891

 

error: failed install microsoft visual c++ 2012 redistributable package (x64). please try installing double clicking on executable @ "c:\users\admin\appdata\local\temp\{5836c91a-b558-441b-9b56-dec403588066}\photoshop_16_ls 20_win64\adobe cc 2015\payloads\microsoft vc 2012 redist (x64)\vcredist_x64.exe", or download , install latest microsoft visual c++ 2012 redistributable package (x64) microsoft website - www.microsoft.com

 

i did indicated in message, microsoft visual crashes or says acces denied.

 

any appreciated.

after uninstalling both of these particular vc runtimes ( vc++ 2012 (x86) , (x64)), reinstall download visual c++ redistributable visual studio 2012 update 4 official microsoft download center. also, make sure install security update from: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999.

 

if above fails, rename caps folder caps-old..

 

note :  might need uninstall , reinstall cc apps except  adobe creative cloud app .

 

location :

 

c: > program files(x86) > common files > adobe.

 

inside adobe folder , can locate caps folder .
