Is there a simple method to disable and flatten graphical objects in .pdf file?

i send .pdf files clients. don't protect files because seems not trust clients

 

i perform 2 kinds of activity:

1) edit word file paste graphical signature, export .pdf. unfortunately, signature graphicla object still there , acrobat can grab it.

 

2) edit existing acrobat files hide areas of page white patches. print files .pdf, patches/objects still there , can remove them.

 

i may protect file, isn't there method flatten objects , make them not selectable @ all? don't care if surrounding text becomes not ocr workable.

i tried optimization , removal of objects no way success.

 

i sure there solution haven't been able find it.
