my plan is active, yet all apps are trial only.


hello,

 

i have current, active membership adobe , active plan (expires june of 2016). yet creative cloud app on windows desktop informing me of applications trial versions.

 

i tried access online chat support, there no link click enter chat, , sent in loop of asking question , being directed chat (with no link chat).

 

any appreciated.
