Pay Per Incident support (crash dump analysis)

hello,

 

we have problem flash player, every version 13 upwards crashes intermittently since upgrading ie11.

 

our setup complex  briefly running multiple xenapp 2008 r2 servers running same image.  randomly across different servers see iexplore crashing, flash ocx file being culprit.

 

we cannot solve problem , have dedicated days troubleshooting, can see memory dump analysis it's method in flash player dll causing problem have no public symbols can go no further.  microsoft pss came same conclusion , suggest contact adobe.

 

i need organise kind of commercial support, cannot via support forum due setup have - take long explain (but willing try).

 

we've tried resolve problem , resolution restart affected server, reverts image "gold" until next time.

 

right on 1 server can't uninstall flash because uninstaller crashes, reason why microsoft not interested.

 

is there support number can call dedicated business support?

looking here: what contact options? seems forums way go, flash player free product.

 

are there adobe representatives can give me instructions on best way continue is?  can supply memory dumps , other information required.
