Photoshop Elements 10 Editor stopped working OS X 10.11.1

in short: use elements every day. 4 weeks ago did clean install os x 10.11. used appstore install used apps again including ps elements 10 , worked fine until morning. appstore login window appeared asking password, elements stopped working since. contacted apple support, nothing except telling me contact adobe support. went adobe site first see if has compatibility. nothing find except, in end, invitation buy elements 14. tried adobe phone support, support guy not , directed me these forums. adobe, why paid software not working anymore? if version 10 no longer compatible current os, still paid , can expect using long want. , if technical issue why can't phone support tell me?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
