Thumbnail display on timeline is gone.

premiere elements 14- thumbnail display on timeline gone.  right click on display style show thumbnails nothing happens.  how show.

what computer operating system premiere elements 14?

 

when right click video track, should see

 

displaystyles.jpg

is video 1 or opened video tracks. same problem exist if right click audio track , select display style? should not matter if using show classic view or show audio view.

 

please supply more information. depending on reply details, give how in order delete adobe premiere elements prefs file first troubleshooting step matter.

 

please not hesitate ask questions or ask clarification on above.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
