Transfer Creative Cloud Accounts to New Computer

i have monthly subscription adobe creative cloud (bridge, photoshop , lightroom).  have no idea how locate serial numbers / these subscriptions.  want uninstall these on present computer , transfer them new computer.  far, have discerned online requires "serial numbers".  cannot find serial numbers these cloud products.  how transfer accounts new computer , remove them old computer?  thank suggestions.

if signed in creative cloud on 2 computers , need sign in on another, can sign out of 1 of first two. if not possible because @ location or no longer have computer, can follow these instructions:

try signing in third computer.

you message activation limit has been reached.

select “sign me out of other computers or devices” reset logins.

now able login on new computer.
