Unknown Error when using clips length 00:00:00;12 and shorter

hello there everyone,

 

i'm working on project requires me change clips very, fast in video. these clips still pictures received people contracted me edit video, seem throw "unknown error" whenever clips put video 00:00:00;12 or shorter in length.

 

does know workaround problem? video has done asap, , i'm stuck until can find way remedy problem.

edit: also, yes, have tried steps in troubleshooting error without success.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
