Acrobat X Pro: after opening a document screen freeze. New installation does not solve the problem

i use acrobat x pro part of creative suite webdesign cs6 (with windows 7 pro). since weeks acrobat crash , screen freeze latest half minute after opening pdf document. shut down program , new start didn't help. new installation of acrobat x pro or whole creative suite including new start of computer did not solve problem. therefore don't know can do. can give me tipp.

if try print pdf word or f.e. google earth process sticks , program try print freeze.

what exact dot version of acrobat x installed on system?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
