i have subscribed adobe cc little bit on year (annually). i'm happy products. recently, school has given me code free subscription (annual subscription). how transfer subscription?

you need cancel present cc, redeem code activate cc, new cc can activated under same or different adobe id.

 

you can contact support too. please mention need cancel cc have redemption code gifted school, in getting cancellation fee waived off.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
