Cmd+Space Zoom in OSX not working

i had installed el capitan (10.11) , photoshop cc2015 , couldn't zoom in holding down cmd+space in osx. used feature me , can san help? tried resetting preferences.

does work if first press space while holding space, press command?

 

it seems shortcut bring spotlight search if used in normal way, can changed or turned off in system>preferences>keyboard>shortcuts>spotlight

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
