Cuando intento reproducir un video se cierra Lightroom

cuando intento reproducir un video se cierra automaticamente  lightroom

lo tengo actualizado la ultmia version y ultima actualizacion

could please try following steps :

  • go lightroom > preferences.
  • click on general tab
  • uncheck “show ‘add photos’ screen”restart lightroom
  • also please go preferences > performance tab, , uncheck "use graphics processor "
  • restart lightroom , see if works.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
