How do I update my Camera Raw Plugin in CS6?

i closed cs6, downloaded it, installed it, , yet, still when re-open photoshop tells me it's old version.  clicked "updates" option menu, , goes creative cloud (which not have).  tried uninstall creative cloud program on computer , says can't uninstalled because there applications require on computer (there not).  not sure do.  has experienced this?

please uninstall adobe creative cloud using following tool:

use adobe creative cloud cleaner tool solve installation problems

 

and restart computer , install photoshop cs6 below link:

download creative suite 6 applications

 

if still says have old camera raw version ,please update below link:

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
