My Preview is going psychedelic and pixelated

my preview going psychedelic , pixelated when paused , when exported. when preview playing normal paused goes weird again.

and you've upgraded el capitan ... congratulations!

 

if you'd checked in here before upgrading, not have done so. el capitan buggy ... , not adobe or pro video software ... ms office crowd having troubles.

 

roll yosemite if can ... there's thread here if search it.

 

if not ... go project settings, mercury playback acceleration, , select software ... in following pop-up, select delete previews.

 

and go yell @ apple putting out such problem child.
