pathfinder/inaccurate path results

dear community,

 

i trying combine paths, using pathfinder/intersect, result not acceptable, due inaccuracy of intersected path, marginally smaller path used intersect with.

unfortunately vacancy visible when printing. doing wrong here?

 

illustrator cc 2015, alligning pixelgrid off

try increase precision in pathfinder options maybe 0,001 pt

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
