Error uploading to internal server. "permission denied"

hello!  i'm new muse , upload intranet website internal server.  following error:

 

"error uploading ftp host [upload failed: permission denied (3/-31)].  using sftp option.   thanks!

ftp not same sftp... starters ports different;

  1. has home made server been set allow sftp?
  2. has muse site got more 1 version i.e. desktop , phone?... old (out dated) web host servers assume files go same / root if muse site has 2 or more options needs header code mark/ assign page load (and therefore) muse needs permission place above every thing else.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
