InDesign Not Respoding After Launch

hello.

 

i got fresh install of indesign cc copy , not respoding after launch. icon on taskbar flashing repealty , app marked "not respoding" on task manager.

sys specs: windows 10.0 build 10240 / amd 8350 4.00 ghz cpu, nvidia gtx 760 gpu

any error message if click icon?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
