Locking a dynamic stamp similar to Header/Footer

i created dynamic stamp designed act header documents sent company. reason created stamp , not header because set automatically fill in time/date prompt user fill in 2 other fields when placed. i'd have stamp placed in same spot of page, header, , not customizable/moved/re sized etc. aside forms being filled in initially. possible? possible have exact stamp scripts/forms header/footer, solve problem.

you can try right-clicking stamp , selecting properties , ticking locked box. prevent moving or deleting it, unless unlock first.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
