premier elements 14 closes if try save video or upload site (like youtube). have windows 7 operating system.

premiere elements 14 on windows 7 (assumed 64 bit)...

 

what video card/graphics card computer use? if not intel hd graphics 2000 , newer, please disable preference card under

edit menu/preferences/general, removing check mark next "use hardware acceleration (works on intel hd graphics 2000 , newer)".

 

do have latest version of quicktime 7 installed on computer along premiere elements 14. quicktime should version 7.7.8 computer operation system. running programs administrator (from user account administrative privileges)?

 

what properties of source importing project? brand/model/settings camera recorded video?

what project preset (see edit menu/project settings/general). duration of timeline content?

 

what selecting export & share settings (please specific)?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
