Premiere Pro cannot find video.. Here's a Hack - But it Works..
i've been having same problem many others, premiere pro crashes on launch message not being able find video device.. after weeks of problem, wanna push guy right off cliff.. anyway tried update / re-installs no luck until now...
1) create new project in after effects cc 2015 video content (content may not necessary did)
2) save ae project.
3) exported pr project (this may not necessary)
4) file -> adobe dynamic link -> new premiere project ******* , bingo premiere pro starts no issues (so far)
it's nothing more band-aid hope gets working!!
ps. come on adobe fix , stop telling people need new video cards or go mess bios.. please.
