Re processing RAW photos (from Canon 1DX and 5D)

re processing raw photos (from canon 1dx , 5d), seems if download cameras folder on pc, separate jpeg , raw photos individual files, can import pics in jpeg folder lightroom 2.7. correct issue folder both jpeg , raw causes lightroom not able import anything? beyond that,is true lightroom product able handle both available me on subscription? again!

you need later lr version have raw cameras supported: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-supported-cameras.html

lr available subscription or standalone perpetual licensed software.

lr can handle jpg , raw fine. there options tell how handle 2 if both available same photo.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
