Adobe LIgthRoom with my password. It comes back and asks for my telephone number which i have entered at least six times. Either help me or i will be forced to ask for my money back because i do not have the time to sign in as under your specifications

i purchased lightroom in faith.  uploaded photo's in october 2015.  found them on lightroom.  next time accessed light room pictures disappeared.  asked technical support , received answer computer link.   link , have disappeared computer email system.  not have time due press of professional life spend more time have already.  want contacted human being @ 330-495-0695  or forced cancel subscription , ask money returned.   name stanley a. greenwald.  please provide more cooperation or credit fee american express account

it seems though you’re frustrated; however, posting on public forum has non-adobe people primary respondents.  it’s best contact adobe directly, chat best method.  if adobe contact via private message on adobe’s website you’d notification of via e-mail registered account.

 

since you’ve posted name , phone number on public forum, may you’ll call claiming adobe won’t be, , ask skype them , share desktop , use install malware on computer, careful.

 

if want repeat you’re original issue was, here, maybe can through it, adobe doesn’t offer free support lightroom beyond purchase, installation , licensing.  how use lr or troubleshooting issue on computer more these forums for.
