I am unable to open PDF files sent thru emails? I kept getting a message " Acrobat X1 Pro Trial has expired" I wasn't aware that I was using a trial? What am I paying a subscrition for?

i have checked account details same id using here on forums.

you have purchased adobe pdf pack subscription why unable open pdfs.

you might need install adobe reader (free software) or purchase acrobat dc subscription open pdfs.

 

let me know wish suggest further.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
