InCopy shuts down on startup. 10.9 upgraded from 10.6. Re-installs do not help.

upgrade on mac 10.9 in order use cc incopy. cannot open @ all. screenshot2015-11-11at3.49.58pm__jbm0sdoiil__.png

that huge o/s upgrade which, imo, should done clean install.
