Variable Width Profiles - Blank

hi,

 

i using illustrator cc, 2015 1.0

 

my variable width profiles er blank. see attached picture.

 

i tried reinstalling without luck. 1 else having problem.

 

i using following system:

 

macbook pro retina 15"

os x el capitan

2.5 ghz i7

16 gb ddr3

geforce gt 750m 2gb

i afraid there may unsolved issues blank boxes of different kinds.

 

we have yet see whether reinstallation suggestion in other thread make difference.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
