Getting my computer to talk to adobe...adobe is not seeing my subscription.


hello,

 

is there need make sure happening? should easy...but cannot figure out why cannot past 30 day trial stuff when paying monthly cloud.

does cloud subscription show on account page?

if have more 1 email, sure using correct adobe id?

cloud programs not use serial numbers... log in paid cloud account download & install & activate... may need log out of cloud , restart computer , log in cloud things work
