Bug in panels windows 10 laptop, unable to select webfont

okay, installed edge animate (2015, latest release) , have found frustrating issues after opening program. first of all, unable click on startup screen (like 'create new' or 'create template'), worked around choosing file -> new. after, found 2 other graphical issues within panels. 1 on lessons-panel: hiding content (there no scrollbars) , resizing panel seemed make worse:

now might not big problem since happens lessons-panel. when trying add text stage , wanted use webfont, happenned:

the edge web fonts-tab partly transparent, , overlaying custom-tab. able select fonts , scroll, it's still frustrating. custom tab seems work correctly, however.

 

i have reïnstalled same version, installed older versions (2014.1 , 2014.1.1), rebooted couple of times, searched everywhere on web... no success

 

i running ea on windows 10 64-bit laptop, far have never experienced such (or other) issues adobe software (photoshop, premiere, illustrator, indesign, muse work fine)

i did experience similar issues unity3d (game engine) solved running program directx 9 instead of 11. solution edge too? (although don't believe that possible)

 

so, yeah, i'm stuck, appreciated!
