lightroom 6 printing problems

i'm using lr 6  , printing on epson r2880. when print on rolls several inches of image cut off. have paper size set 3 inches on image size want , cell in lr set size want. tried print 12x14 , got 12x12.5, tried print 12x22 , got 12x18.5.  image looks perfect in lr print window. hidden setting missing? working on mac os x.

it possible margins set within lightroom print settings under layout panel.

also, might want try printing jpeg file see if able correct dimensions in output.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
