Lightroom 6.3 loses movie playback on Win 10

has been able play .mov files after upgrading 6.3 on windows?  after upgrade 6.1.1, controls play video or capture frame etc no longer appears when video loaded loop.  after uninstalling, reinstalling 6.0 , upgrading 6.1.1 did controls come back.  i'm running nvidia 650t card latest 3.58 drivers. turning on / off acceleration in lr6.3 didn't make difference.

you need have quicktime installed play videos.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
