Cannot cancel my adobe creative cloud subscription

hey all, starting stress me out, , i've been sent here system.

 

my problem when go through of steps cancel adobe creative cloud subscription, last bit , told select either call or chat options, doesn't give me either option, signed in can see in first picture i've uploaded, , when click still need button doesn't give me option go forums can see in second picture. it's if adobe beating around bush try , make me keep membership no longer want.

 

i trying on mac , have tried on safari , on chrome, both give me same results.

 

i have attached photos backup saying, want subscription cancelled because taking money not have spare.

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if continues fail try using different browser.

if not, recommend searching thru forum find 1 of staff members , send them private message asking help, explaining have tried make contact no avail.  used able find when still had top contributors listed, removed list no explanation - maybe that's why... make harder contact @ adobe.
