How do I deactivate CS6 on a bricked PC?

first post on forum, hi everyone.

 

i bought new windows 8.1 pc (which upgraded windows 10) replacement old machine, had cs6 installed on it. before setting new 1 deactivated software on old 1 first, went installing on new machine.

 

unfortunately, right after finished installing cs6 on new windows 10 pc, system encountered fatal error , bricked. i've taken store , been given replacement, don't have access old pc can't deactivate software in order install on brand new (and fault-free) system.

 

can advise how can please?

hi,

 

you activate license on 2 computers @ same time.

you should not face issues while installing , activating on new computer.

 

if still wish deactivate previous computer, kindly contact support same : contact customer care

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
