photoshop cc crashes after saving

hi

i've been struggling photoshop cc.  updated 2015 today. morning worked little bit again, every time open image , save it, photoshop crashes.  i've event turned of font preview size suggested in 1 forum.

 

i have tried opening bridge, i've tried saving without editing, etc... same problem.  please can assist.

please try of solutions listed below :

 

solution 1 : disable third party plugins

close photoshop.

press , hold shift key , click on photoshop open.

it give message disable third party plugins, click yes that.

now check.

 

solution 2 : disable graphic processor

open photoshop.

go edit -> preferences  -> performance (windows)   or photoshop -> preferences -> performance (mac)

uncheck use graphic processor.

click ok

close photoshop , reopen.

now try save something.

 

solution 3 :reset preferences

close photoshop.

press , hold ctrl + alt + shift (windows)  or cmd + opt + shift (mac) , click photoshop open.

it give warning message delete photoshop settings folder.

click yes that.

now try open , save image.

 

note : reset of preferences can make lose custom brushes , presets.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
