Adobe Acrobat XI Pro serial number for previous version not for a qualifying product?

upgrading adobe acrobat xi pro adobe acrobat pro dc.  message saying "... qualifying product not found on computer".  entered serial number , says serial number previous version not qualifying product?  have tried entering serial number accounts section of adobe page won't recognise there either.  can please help?

you may refer qualifying product cannot found on computer?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
