AE & Premiere Files not being output to media encoder

has experienced outputting files media encoder, having encoder open file not import. started happening both ae cc2015 , premiere pro cc2015. searched updates there none solved this. haven't changed in prefs or made system changes. working on imac running os 10.10.5 32 gb ram.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
