Changing DPI of an Image creates artifacts - latest PS and El Capitan

hello guys, whenever want change dpi of image printing black artifacts. use ps via creative cloud , os x el capitan.

please follow below steps.

 

> launch photoshop

> click on photoshop > preferences > camera raw

> uncheck option use graphics display

> click on ok

> restart machine

> relaunch photoshop , check issue.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
