El Capitan | InDesign CC 2015 working very slow

hello,

 

recently upgraded el capitan , indesign cc 2015 started work slowly. very can see favourite system colour circle , can't work smoothly. indesign cs6 works fine.

 

i worked cc 2015 on 10.10 , didn't have such issues.

 

my mac details are:

mac mini (mid 2011)

processor: 2,5 ghz intel core i5

memory: 8 gb 1600 mhz ddr3

graphics: amd radeon hd 6630m 256 mb

disk: 500 gb sata disk

 

i read similar topics on el capitan didn't find solution. mac old run 10.11 + cc 2015? don't think so, other apps work fine, didn't see problems.

 

please before frustrated ;-)

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
