my old programs opens up instead of my cloud versions - what do I do?

i  have installed adobes cloud version when open file automatically opens in cs6 version ( still installed om computer.)

 

how make cloud versions preferred program open files in?

kindly check file association and  change programs windows uses default - windows help

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
